Lets have a glimpse over the composition of Flabia Fresh Night Cream and its individual benefits:

· Water/eau : It is a liquid substance that is capable of dissolving other ingredients that would otherwise be difficult to incorporate into the desired cosmetic or cream.

· Glycerine : Glycerine have huge benefits for skin. They are as follows :

. Moisturizing : Glycerin absorbs water from air, making it what is called hygroscopic. Because of this, it can bring water to your skin, making it a popular ingredient in skin and cosmetic products.

. Smoothing : As skin ages, it cannot retain moisture as well and this causes rough, dull skin that is prone to irritation and redness, but using glycerin regularly can prevent these problems associated with dryness. It also helps your face seem smoother by filling in the microscopic cracks in the dry skin.

. Healing : Glycerin holds the quality of treating skin that is dry and eczematous without the irritation associated with traditional treatments.

v  Protecting : Because of its dual ability to hydrate the skin and to act as a filler in gaps for dryer skin, glycerin is able to protect your face by keeping the outer layer of the skin intact. This layer is essential as it is the natural barrier protecting you from pollutants and disease-causing organisms.

· Niacinamide : Strengthening the outer layer of skin is a major property of niacinamide. Vitamin B3 provides a fuel which strengthens cellular bonds and tightens skin. As a result of this tightening, acne has a tougher time taking root.

· Isohexadecane : Isohexadecane is a branched chain hydrocarbon with 16 carbons; it is a component of petroleum; used as a skin-conditioning agent in personal care products. It act as  skin-conditioning agent.

. Dimethicone : One of the most widely used ingredients in cosmetics, dimethicone works as an anti-foaming agent and skin protectant. When applied to the skin, its known for creating a subtle gloss that feels smooth and silky to touch. It also acts a mild water repellent by forming a protective barrier on the skin, and can fill in fine lines/wrinkles on the face, giving it a temporary “plump” look.

· Isopropyl Isostearate : Isopropyl Isostearate is the ester of Isopropyl Alcohol and Isostearic Acid . It is used in beauty products as an emollient, skin conditioning agent, binder and humectant. It helps lock in moisture and gives skin a smooth feel and acts as a lubricant on the skins surface to give it a soft and silky appearance.

· Stearyl Alcohol : Since cetyl alcohol / stearyl alcohol can attract and repel water, it is often used in skin care products to moisturize dry, rough, scaly skin. Your skin becomes dry when water loss occurs; cetyl alcohol helps pull moisture back into your skin. Cetyl alcohol also helps protect your skin by shielding it from irritation, such as wetness.

· Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer : A thickener and emulsifier used in skin care products.

· Tocopheryl Acetate : Its substantiated benefits include enhancing the efficacy of active sunscreen ingredients, reducing the formation of free radicals from exposure to UV rays, promoting the healing process, strengthening the skins barrier function, protecting the skin barriers lipid balance, and reducing transepidermal water loss. Attributed with antioxidant, anti-aging, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and enhanced SPF properties, tocopherol acetate is valued both as a dietary supplement and skincare active.

· Behenyl Alcohol : When applied to the skin, it gives it a smooth feel and helps prevent moisture loss. Many products incorporate this ingredient because of its unique sensory properties and non-greasy feel after application. It is mainly used in face/body lotions and creams, but can also be found in deodorant, lipstick and foundation.

· Polymethylsilsesquioxane : Polymethylsilsesquioxane is a silicone ingredient used in many skin care, hair care, and cosmetic formulas, most often as a film former that creates a lubricating, smooth, silky feel and increases the skin or hairs ability to repel water.

· Panthenol : It has penetrative property as when panthenol is applied to our skin, it results in a conversion to Pantothenic Acid. This acid is readily absorbed by the skin, which means that this all important ingredient, penetrates deep down into the lower layers of the epidermis. It also have moisturizing and hydrating properties.

· C13-14 Isoparaffin : C13-14 Isoparaffin is a mixture of hydrocarbons (mineral oils) derived from petroleum, and is used in cosmetics and personal care products primarily as an emollient, and also considered a thickening agent or gelling ingredient (FaceProducts-Online). Little additional information is available regarding C13-14 Isoparaffin, and isoparaffins are simply defined as gelling or thicken.

· Titanium Dioxide : Titanium dioxide is used in a variety of personal care products, including sunscreens, pressed and loose powders. It is a very effective UV filter, and of low risk in creams.

· Caprylyl Glycol : It is often used in a preservative blend containing phenoxyethanol and chloroxylenol, named Optiphen. Because of its multi-functioning nature (moisturizer & anti-microbial), it is used in a plethora of personal care products such as facial moisturizer, sunscreen, anti-aging treatment, lip gloss, mascara, concealer, cleanser and foundation.

· Phenoxyethanol : The substance is a colorless liquid that is oily in nature, and is considered an organic chemical found in natural form in chicory and green tea. This organic chemical can kill bacteria present in cosmetic formulations.

· Fragnance : We are all attracted to a pleasing fragrance. In fact, the first thing most everyone does when testing just about any skin-care product is smell it. As nice as it is to have a product with a wonderful aroma, it just does not make for good skin care. Whether the fragrance in the product is natural or synthetic, it is almost always a problem for skin. Here we have used natural fragnance collected from mother nature.

· Sodium Benzoate : Sodium Benzoate is a salt of Benzoic Acid, found naturally in cranberries, prunes, plums, cinnamon, ripe cloves, and apples and used as a preservative in cosmetics and personal care product formulas as a fragrance ingredient, masking ingredient, anti-corrosive agent, and most frequently, as a preservative.

· Disodium EDTA : In cosmetics and personal care products, this ingredient is widely used and can be found in moisturizers, skin care and cleansing products, personal cleanliness products, bath soaps, shampoos and conditioners, hair dyes, hair bleaches, and many other product types.

· Zinc Oxide : It is known best to be a primary ingredient in sunscreen lotions. When applied topically, zinc oxide offers several important benefits for the skin.

· Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract : is required to prove the ingredients benefits on mature skin (wrinkles, sagging), there is very little doubt surrounding the preventative anti-aging benefits of green tea, particularly when it is used in conjunction with sunscreen ingredients. Traditionally, the topical application of only high doses of the extract were thought to have substantial effects on the skin.

· Triethoxycaprylylsilane : Triethoxycaprylylsilane serves as a reactive surface-treating agent that chemically bonds pigments to form a stable coating, even at a low pH; the silicone components allow pigments to disperse well.
